Bronzed or Chromatic Bronze - A finish applied to Stainless Steel clubs, mainly putters, that is the result of applying a consistent amount of heat to the club head, and based on the amount applied, you can achieve different depths of bronze, anywhere from a light tea colored finish, all the way to a deep, dark bronze.  Based on how the putter is prepped before the application of heat, determines the finish sheen....a polished putter will have a "chromatic" look, where a blasted, mist finish on the putter will allow for a satin to matte bronzed finish.  This finish can make some of the worlds most popular stainless steel putters look super rich and its an easy and safe finish that doesn't take long to complete.
